CAP games

I started playing CAP games about 3months ago. I usually open some CAP when my normal tables are pretty bad, just so I can keep playing at 24 decent tables. At 50NL CAP the games are very very splashy, but unfortunetly they can't be crushed because of the very high rake. Most of the regs play 100NL+ and their winnings come mostly from rakeback and sne value. Here is a hand played today vs "regs"=VPIP lower than 20%:
