2013 results
2013
was a great year for me. My game has improved, I tilt less, I know
better what formats and stakes I can beat(mostly 25-50NL and sng's) and where I still need to
learn(100-200NL and mtt's, etc), I play a lot more volume. Focusing my attention on fitness and
changing my eating diet 4 months ago definetly improved the way I focus,
think and play. I hope in 2014 I will learn more and play a lot more
volume. Here is a chart with differences between 2012 and 2013 for me
and my results for 2013:

yes -40bb/100 there is better.... I play way too nitty. I will try to improve it this year.

DeleteWhen I started playing poker I stareted at 25NL(not 2NL) and quickly moved up to 100-200NL. Played LAG and with aggressive bankroll management. Was doing well but than I hit a 3000$ downswing, and decided to move back down to 25-50NL, where I still play today(that was 2years and a half ago). I have a hard time absorbing large 1000$+ dowswings and when those happen I start playing bad. So in the near future I don't plan to move up.
I don't know you you think I started playing the year just 50NL and than moved to 25NL. I played 25+50NL the entire year. 65% of my volume at 25NL, 25%at 50NL and the rest at other stakes...
